  • Service providers that support hosting, email, analytics, fraud prevention, and customer service; and
  • Advertising or referral partners when permitted by law.

4. How We Use Personal Information

  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
  • Process orders, confirm payments, and deliver purchased services;
  • Understand the customer’s brand, audience, niche, and content goals;

5. Legal Bases for Processing

Where laws such as the European Economic Area or United Kingdom data-protection rules apply, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:

  • Contract: processing needed to accept, prepare, deliver, and support an order;
  • Legitimate interests: operating, securing, improving, measuring, and protecting our business, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights;
  • Consent: optional marketing, non-essential cookies, or other processing for which consent is required;
  • Legal obligation: tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, recordkeeping, and lawful government requests; and
  • Legal claims: establishing, exercising, or defending legal rights.

You may withdraw consent at any time, but withdrawal does not affect processing already completed lawfully.

6. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:

  • Payment processors: to authorize payments, prevent fraud, process refunds, and manage billing.
  • Hosting and technology providers: to host the Site, store files, operate forms, provide security, and maintain technical infrastructure.
  • Email and communication providers: to send order confirmations, deliver materials, and respond to requests.
  • Analytics and measurement providers: to understand Site performance, traffic, and conversions.
  • Professional advisers: accountants, attorneys, insurers, auditors, and consultants when reasonably necessary.
  • Authorities and legal recipients: when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request, or when necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Business transaction recipients: prospective or actual buyers, investors, successors, or advisers in a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of business assets.
  • Other parties at your direction: when you ask us to share information or provide consent.

Service providers are authorized to process information only for legitimate business services, subject to their contracts and applicable law.

7. Payment Information

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, such as Stripe or another provider shown at checkout. Payment providers collect and process payment card or wallet information under their own privacy policies and security requirements.

Rerbe Digital generally receives limited transaction information, such as the customer’s name, email, billing country, payment status, amount, payment method type, and transaction identifier. We do not receive or store complete payment card numbers when payment is processed through a hosted third-party checkout.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies for the following purposes:

Category Purpose
Strictly necessary Site operation, security, fraud prevention, form submission, payment functionality, and user preferences.
Analytics Understand visits, pages viewed, traffic sources, errors, and Site performance.
Advertising measurement Measure whether advertising led to Site visits, inquiries, or purchases and reduce duplicate reporting.
Functional Remember choices and support optional embedded features or communication tools.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Site or checkout from working. Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential cookies, those technologies should not be activated until the required consent is obtained.

Browser-based “Do Not Track” signals are not interpreted consistently across the industry. We respond to legally recognized opt-out preference signals when required by applicable law and technically supported.

9. Advertising, Sale, and Sharing of Personal Information

Rerbe Digital does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may use analytics and advertising measurement providers to understand whether advertisements lead to visits or purchases.

We do not knowingly use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in a manner that constitutes a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable U.S. state privacy laws. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any opt-out method required by law before applying the change.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including:

  • Transaction, invoice, and tax records: up to 7 years after the transaction, unless a longer period is legally required;
  • Project instructions and delivered materials: generally up to 24 months after delivery to support corrections, disputes, repeat orders, and business records;
  • Customer support and contact inquiries: generally up to 24 months after the last communication;
  • Marketing records: until consent is withdrawn or you unsubscribe, with limited suppression records retained to honor the opt-out;
  • Security and technical logs: for periods reasonably necessary to detect incidents, investigate abuse, and maintain system integrity; and
  • Dispute and legal records: for the duration of the dispute and applicable limitation period.

We may delete, anonymize, or aggregate information earlier when it is no longer needed. Backup copies may remain temporarily until overwritten through normal system processes.

11. Information Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, secure connections, payment-provider security controls, software updates, backups, and limiting access to information needed for business functions.

No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security. You should avoid sending sensitive information through ordinary email and should notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your information.

12. International Data Transfers

Rerbe Digital is based in the United States. If you access the Site from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws different from those in your location.

Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, consent, or another lawful transfer mechanism.

  • Request access to personal information we maintain about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate information;
  • Request deletion of personal information;

  • Object to or restrict certain processing;
  • Withdraw consent;

  • Not receive unlawful discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.

How to submit a request

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request when permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and direct identity verification. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Marketing communications

You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting us. Transactional messages concerning an order, payment, security issue, or policy update may still be sent when necessary.

Complaints

You may contact us with privacy concerns. Where applicable, you may also complain to your local data-protection or consumer-protection authority.

14. Children’s Privacy

The Site and services are intended for adults and businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it when appropriate.

15. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Site may link to or use third-party services, including payment pages, social media platforms, WhatsApp, analytics tools, email providers, file-sharing services, and embedded content. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Rerbe Digital is not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of independent third parties.

Clicking a third-party link may allow that third party to collect information directly from your device. Review the third party’s privacy policy before providing information.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, vendors, or legal obligations. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. When required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent before materially changing how previously collected personal information is used.
