Rerbe Digital provides digital marketing support materials and manual content services, which may include content calendars, caption drafts, call-to-action suggestions, profile or channel reviews, bio rewrites, video ideas, script outlines, title suggestions, description drafts, thumbnail guidance, checklists, and written strategy recommendations.
We do not sell, ship, or deliver physical products. No postage, freight, customs, or physical shipping charges apply unless a future product page expressly states otherwise.
After payment is successfully completed, the customer may be asked to provide information needed to prepare the selected service, such as a social media profile link, website, business name, industry, target audience, preferred topics, brand voice, content goals, and other relevant instructions.

If required information is missing, unclear, inaccurate, or incomplete, the delivery period is paused until the customer provides the requested information.
Unless a different delivery estimate is shown on the product page, order form, invoice, or checkout page, the following estimated delivery times apply:

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. Delivery estimates begin on the first business day after complete project information and successful payment have been received. Orders received after 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time are treated as received on the next business day.

Digital materials are generally delivered to the email address entered during checkout or subsequently confirmed by the customer. Depending on the service, delivery may include:
An order is considered delivered when Rerbe Digital sends the completed materials or a working access link to the customer’s provided email address.
The customer is responsible for providing a valid email address, accurate project information, lawful source materials, and timely responses to reasonable clarification requests.

If we reasonably expect a material delay, we will attempt to notify the customer using the contact information provided with the order. When a delay is caused by Rerbe Digital and extends more than 10 business days beyond the applicable estimated delivery period, the customer may request either:
This remedy does not apply when the delay results from missing customer information, customer-requested changes, payment review, suspected fraud, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Because our services are digital and commonly customized for each customer, they cannot be physically returned. We do not accept traditional product returns or exchanges after customized work has been delivered.
If delivered materials are corrupted, inaccessible, materially incomplete, or missing an item expressly included in the purchased package, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery. We will review the request and, when appropriate, repair the file, restore access, or provide the missing included item at no additional charge.
Each order includes one reasonable correction request limited to factual errors, formatting problems, inaccessible files, or missing promised deliverables. A correction request does not include a complete change of niche, target audience, brand direction, campaign objective, or project instructions after work has begun.
Requests for refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

If the applicable estimated delivery period has passed and you have not received your materials, email contact@rerbedigital.com with your name, order email, order date, and purchased package. We will investigate the delivery status and respond within 3 business days.
Rerbe Digital provides written content support and manual recommendations. We do not control Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Google, Meta, or any other third-party platform. Delivery of digital materials does not guarantee followers, subscribers, likes, views, watch time, reach, engagement, leads, sales, ranking, monetization, approval, or any other performance result.
Changes to third-party platform rules, algorithms, features, account status, or availability do not make a properly delivered digital service returnable.
